As a Executive, Sales, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Management, plays a vital role in driving the sales performance by proactively engaging with potential customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance by achieving the targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Proactively follow up on leads and attend phone enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present company products to targeted customers.
- Participate in sales events, such as exhibitions, roadshows, and online events, to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers.
- Organize, follow up, and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the application/approval of loans for sold products.
- Ensure compliance with the sales process by accurately completing and submitting all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to ensure a smooth flow of inter-related processes.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing within the property industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Possess strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
