Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers to promote company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, or events to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
