A dynamic HR-focused company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced Human Resources Associate Manager or Manager to lead HR functions and drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, along with relevant experience in talent management, compliance, and employee engagement. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture and organizational growth in a supportive work environment.
We are looking for a proactive, people-centric, and business-savvy (1) Human Resources Associate Manager and/or (2) Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will shape and elevate the overall employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and drive HR initiatives that support our business growth.

Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across the employee lifecycle—from manpower planning and recruitment to talent development and retention.
Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and guidelines aligned with business objectives.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Management on Employment Act matters, best practices, government initiatives, IR issues, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
Manage foreign worker recruitment, documentation, and compliance.
Prepare HR management reports.
Ensure strong compliance with HR, safety, and social responsibility standards, including SEDEX and ISO 45001.
Oversee administrative functions, including office, factory, and hostel upkeep.
Lead the "Social" component of the ESG framework, ensuring a safe, fair, and equitable workplace for all employees.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Manager: 6+ years
Associate Manager: 3–5 years
Hands‑on experience in foreign worker recruitment and management.
Solid understanding of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and related HR laws.
Familiarity with social audits (e.g., SEDEX) and health & safety audits (ISO 45001).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Resourceful, self‑driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Experience in organizational development, training, or change management.
Experience leading small HR teams or HR projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and propose improvements.
