A leading health technology company is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing customer inquiries and providing excellent service in a contact center environment. We are representing our client, a leading health technology company specializing in medical benefits administration. They are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Consultant, based in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
Salary: Up to RM5,000
Working days: 5 days (24 hours rotational shift schedule)
Channel: Email & inbound phone call enquiries. Outbound call for follow up cases.

- Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing with complex problems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage - as you will be dealing with Chinese customers
