As HR Manager, you will oversee a full range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.   • Be willing to relocate to work in Dili, Timor-Leste – this is an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking international experience.
  • Possess 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities with proven success in leading and developing diverse teams.
  • Have strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Be proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in English.

Highly Preferred:

  • Multilingual capabilities – fluency in Chinese Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia is highly valued and will be a significant advantage.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
  • Knowledge of Tetum or Portuguese is a bonus.
