Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule meetings including minutes taking, events and assignments.
  • Facilitate to create a fun, productive and clean working environment.
  • To establish practices to ensure confidentiality and security of information.
  • Being the key person in setting reporting format to ensure effective and timely communication established in the division. And with the skills in preparation of presentation for division and cross division.
  • To perform general secretarial and administrative functions and duties including but not limited to Travelling, Filing, office arrangement.
  • Ensure day to day administrative carried out systematically and meticulously.
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Professional, independent, energetic, and eager to learn, with robust team collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of integrity.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
