Job description
Responsibilities
  • Drive Corporate HR functions include performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and others aligned with Group objectives.
  • Review and enhance HR standard operating procedures (SOP), KPI setting and employee performance assessment systems, compensation and benefits policies, HR policies and procedures across the Group. Include adherence and compliance to Corporate Governance and ESG requirements.
  • Drive and coordinate with HR Head of each Business Unit across the group. Analyse and review proposal from Business unit, make sound recommendation timely and efficiently. Ensure implementation of corporate decisions across the Group effectively.
  • Prepare Monthly HR reports, perform analytical review and analysis.
  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions include payroll and administrative functions for Corporate office.
  • Maintain systematic and traceable filing system and safekeeping of documents and records.
  • Perform full spectrum of Office Management and administrative support functions for corporate office include manage and apply/renew all required office permits/licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Responsible and assist to ensure well-maintained office facilities and administration systems set up, functioning efficiently to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the corporate office.
  • Adhere to the confidentiality of the subject handled.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time by the superior.
Qualifications
  • 1. Candidate must possess a professional degree; preferably in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Admin or equivalent.
  • 2. Minimum 8 years hands-on working experience of full spectrum in human resource management as an HR practitioner.
  • 3. Hands-on knowledge of local employment rules/regulations and payroll system.
  • 4. Excellent and ability to communicate in both spoken and written forms in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin (speak, read and write) with our Business Unit in China.
  • 5. Meticulous attention to detail. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactiveness, and result-oriented.
  • 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse & make sound judgments and propose solutions in a quality and timely manner and capability to drive for gaps closure.
  • 7. Excellent skills in report presentation, interpersonal communication, and sound data analytical skills.
  • 8. Demonstrate high-level commitment, able to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency, and ability to complete tasks within a tight timeline
