We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead initiatives within the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency market. This is a remote role within the APAC region, ideal for a results-driven individual fluent in Mandarin and English, with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, especially derivatives and exchange operations.

The successful candidate will focus on developing partnerships, engaging with influencers, analyzing regional trends, and collaborating across teams to support growth and innovation.

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish collaborations with token projects and key stakeholders in the Chinese-speaking crypto ecosystem to enhance product offerings and market presence.
• Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to strengthen brand presence and drive platform adoption.
• Market Insights: Track and analyze local market trends, competition, and regulatory developments to support informed decision‑making and business strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align growth strategies with operational goals and regional regulations.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at events, conferences, and media opportunities within Chinese-speaking markets, communicating the platform’s value proposition in both Mandarin and English.

• In-depth knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry, with a strong focus on derivatives trading.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships and managing influencer/KOL relationships in the crypto sector.
• Previous experience working with or for a crypto exchange, with familiarity in regional compliance and regulation.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to understand complex market and product dynamics.
• Comfortable working across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
