Position: Senior Recruiter/ Business Developer

Salary Up to RM6000

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Develop for new customers, new projects, and new business opportunities.
  • Build a good rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct an effective business presentation to clients according to their needs.
  • Provide customer-focused solutions and to meet the company's business goals and sales targets.
  • Responsible for follow-up and co-ordinate on projects progress throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure timely payment by clients.
  • Any other duties as when assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience in recruitment agency
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Diploma / Degree in Business or any equivalent field.
  • Good in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Task orientated, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
  • Computer literate knowledge.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel
