• Handle a spectrum of finance-related activities that include treasury, financial accounting and reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, audit and tax matters
• Participate in finance transformation projects

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Liaise with shared service team, Interfirm team and respective business unit to follow up and handleServiceNowrequests, refund requests and contra settlement
• Reconcile unapplied cash receipts by identifying exceptions and discrepancy and match to the invoices
• Prepare daily/weekly cash reports, monthly bank reconciliations and journals
• Handle the timely preparation of month-end closing reports and schedules
• Involve in regulatory compliance such as preparation of Government surveys and statistics reporting
• Handle GST and Withholding Tax Accounting, Reporting and Filing
• Identify & drive continuous improvement of finance processes
• Undertake ad hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or similar certification with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is a team player
• Resourceful, meticulous, organized, independent and able to multi-task. Confident and comfortable with handling data and figures
• Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA would be advantageous.
