Responsibility
  • Handle daily finance tasks: Record and maintain accurate financial data, including expenses, revenue, invoices, and payments.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and reviewing financial performance to support business planning.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis: Identify trends, variances, or areas for improvement and share findings with management.
  • Manage payments: Oversee accounts receivable (customer collections) and accounts payable (supplier payments) to ensure timely transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with tax matters: Support tax preparation, documentation, and ensure timely submission of payments and filings.
  • Collaborate with teams: Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Improve processes: Suggest and implement ideas to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting workflows.
