We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant / Account Executive to join our dynamic team at KSK Probiz Services Sdn Bhd in Melaka. This is a full‑time position where you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting operations and providing high‑quality financial services to our clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports and other accounting documents
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and other stakeholders to address financial inquiries
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of accounting processes and procedures
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferably holds a diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
