About the role

Join our vibrant team at MANIA CAFE' as a Barista in our bustling café located in Tuaran, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service to our valued patrons.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filtered coffee, and unique signature drinks

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all coffee and tea products

Provide exceptional customer service, efficiently handling orders and responding to customer inquiries

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Contribute to the positive and welcoming atmosphere of our café

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Proficient in operating coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders

Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality coffee beverages

Flexible and adaptable to handle a fast-paced environment
