About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Millennium Coffee in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks such as espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and more using professional equipment

Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive overall experience

Maintaining a clean and organized work station, replenishing supplies as needed

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and smooth operations

Adhering to all health, safety, and food handling regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality/food & beverage industry

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and flavour profiles

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
