Reliable Trend Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive / Account Assistant to join our dynamic finance team based in Batu Pahat, Johor. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our small business clients with their accounting needs.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Liaise with clients to address their accounting-related inquiries and concerns
What we're looking for
