Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager – Italy with a strong background in fintech, payments or digital assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding Lunu Pay’s presence in the Italian market, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with merchants, financial institutions, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Italy, focusing on merchants, payment processors, and financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase adoption of Lunu Pay’s crypto payment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in fintech, payments, and retail industries.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
  • Represent Lunu Pay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Italy.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product enhancements, and regulatory developments.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, crypto payments, and digital assets.
  • Established network within the Italian fintech, retail, and payments sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
