Job summary
Un'agenzia di Performance Marketing sta cercando un Head of Affiliation a Napoli, con esperienza di oltre 5 anni nel settore dell'affiliazione emailing e performance marketing. La modalità di lavoro è full remote, garantendo flessibilità. Il candidato ideale deve avere una visione strategica, capacità di lavorare in team e raggiungere risultati concreti. L'offerta prevede una RAL tra 28K e 40K, con bonus legati ai risultati della Business Unit.

- Conoscenza approfondita del performance marketing e della lead generation.
- Ottime capacità analitiche e visione strategica.
Responsibilities
- Guidare l’intera BU Affiliazione per la crescita e la strutturazione.
- Ampliare il network di editori e gestirli smart.
- Assicurare il completamento dei budget mensili della BU.
