- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers
- Align the annual sales target with customers, monitor performance month over month
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and ensure timely account receivable collections
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and communication to enhance brand image
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
- Collaborate actively with Head office teams to receive support and provide feedback on front-line information
- Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
- Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
- Proven success in achieving sales targets in previous roles
- PV technical background is a plus
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing various customer levels from procurement to C-suite
- A quick learner with street-smart skills

- Ability to travel regularly and on short notice, domestically and abroad
