Descrizione del lavoro
Un'azienda manifatturiera seleziona un/una Impiegato/a contabile e import-export. La figura si occuperà di fatturazione attiva e gestione delle spedizioni e della documentazione. È richiesta esperienza di 3-4 anni in contabilità e conoscenze in materia doganale. Contratto diretto a tempo pieno con stipendio annuo tra €35,000 e €38,000, più buoni pasto e bonus aziendale.

- 3-4 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile nelle aziende di produzione.
- Proficienza nella fatturazione per Italia, EEA e non-EEA.
- Conoscenza della documentazione di trasporto e della burocrazia doganale.
Mansioni
- Gestire la fatturazione attiva e contabilità primaria.
- Emettere documentazione per import-export.
- Organizzare le spedizioni.

Eurointerim S.p.A. conducts recruitment for a longstanding client manufacturer of industrial machinery. The role is within the accounting/logistics function.
Impiegato/a contabile e import-export
The professional, supervised by a manager, will primarily handle active invoicing and manage imports and exports of machines and spare parts. Responsibilities include:
- Active invoicing and primary accounting
- Issuing import-export documentation
- Organizing shipments
- Coordinating with CONAI
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies
- Proficiency in invoicing for Italy, EEA and non-EEA
- Knowledge of transport documents and customs paperwork
- Understanding of letters of credit and purchase orders
- Familiarity with Intrastat and VAT regulations
- Excellent English skills
- Experience with SAP is desirable
Direct, permanent contract with an annual gross salary of €35,000‑38,000, plus meal vouchers and company bonus.
Full‑time, daily schedule.
