Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial.
  • Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts and ensure CRM and databases are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products and brand in the residential sector.
  • Plan and participate in client events, including on-site visits, to strengthen relationships.
  • Highlight product features to meet customer needs and foster partnerships.
  • Propose innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in managing contractual negotiations within the PV sector.
  • Proven skills in value-based selling and account development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
