This role requires at least 4-5 years in Key Account Management and a deep understanding of e-commerce. You will manage relationships with European partners, optimize product visibility, and analyze e-commerce performance metrics. The e- CommerceSpecialistSGH SiS EMEA is responsible for strategy definition and implementation on his / her online European Shop‑In‑Shop (SiS) partners, working in close relationship with them, localSGH organizations (DACH, FR, TR) and E‑commerceManagerSGH SiS EMEA.
The position will be reporting to eCommerceManagerSGHSiS EMEA. He / she will be managing the relationship with a portfolio of European partners (e.g. DBK, Breuninger…). Working cross‑functionally with internal functions, he / she will be the main responsible for all activities impacting on his / her stores’ E‑Commerce P&L.
The position gives 360 degrees understanding of online business processes and trends / way of working of biggest online multicategory players. Position is the window to our online external partners and should ensure a seamless information flow from external partners to internal parties. Requires business understanding, high precision during communication flows and good presentation skills in English.
Main success factor would be keeping relationship always fresh with Host Partners with new initiatives. Ensuring a good communication and relationship both with external partners and internal functions, continuously searching for new growth opportunities and finally reaching the budget targets.
