Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, including technical specifications and financial considerations.
  • Gather and share market intelligence to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts and ensure CRM and other databases are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to develop and implement strategies to position LONGi's products and brand as top choices in the residential sector.
  • Plan and participate in client events, address customer requests, and conduct on-site visits to assess installations and strengthen client relationships.
  • Highlight the unique features and strengths of our products to meet customer needs and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Propose innovative, tailored solutions to meet evolving client requirements and nurture enduring relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience managing complex contractual negotiations within the PV sector involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in value-based selling and developing comprehensive account strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
