A Milan-based communication boutique is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to enhance brand awareness and community engagement across various platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, managing daily activities on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and tracking performance against KPIs. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Communication or related fields, has at least 2 years of experience, and is proficient in both Italian and English. We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. You will support the development and execution of social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, community engagement and content performance across various platforms.
Support the creation and implementation of social media strategies for a variety of clients, ensuring alignment with each brand’s identity and communication goals.
Manage day-to-day social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest…), including content scheduling, publishing and community management.
Develop editorial plans and oversee content production (copy, visuals, stories, videos) in collaboration with our creative team.
Contribute to concept development, new content formats and digital campaign ideas.
Monitor trends, conversations, competitors and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Track performance across all channels, preparing regular reports and strategic insights based on KPIs and analytics tools.
Degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
A creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility and a solid understanding of social media languages, trends and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
A proactive, collaborative team player with outstanding communication abilities and a solution-oriented attitude.
