A leading logistics company is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support their EU Employee Experience and Relations team. This full-time position will require significant travel throughout Italy and involves responsibilities such as implementing labor relations strategies, conducting site visits, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and fluency in both Italian and English. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic work environment.
Due to the nature of the travel, the base location is flexible in Italy.
The Employee Relations Specialist (ERS) is an important role within the EU EXR (Employee Experience and Relations) Field organization, supporting the Country EXR team. This position assists in driving ER activities and initiatives across both under the roof (UTR) and on the road (OTR) operational business lines within a specific country geography. The primary focus is to support Employee Relations Manager (ERM) operational excellence, goals, and strategy while addressing the ER needs of the country.
The ERS works closely with Ops, DSPM and other key in-country stakeholders to support the execution of the country-specific ER strategy. This role involves assisting ERM in the implementation of strategies to address country labour relations challenges for business lines. The ERS provides labour relations support by collaborating with operational teams to advance company objectives.
The position reports to the Senior Employee Relations Manager, within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Team at Amazon. This is a full-time position that will require significant travel throughout Italy (up to 50% of the time) and beyond on occasion, sometimes with little or no notice.
