A dynamic customer support provider is seeking a Customer Support Representative for the Italian market, based in Lisbon. The role involves supporting Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat while addressing product queries and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should be fluent in Italian and possess good English skills. - 1,000/month base (×14 months) + 100 performance bonus (×12 months)
- 2,000 welcome bonus
- Relocation package: flight reimbursement + accommodation (only 280/month, all included!)
