Job summary
A leading company in life sciences is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Field Service Engineers and manage customer inquiries. This role offers a remote working option from Genoa, Italy, and requires a high school diploma and C1 level English and Italian skills. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in order administration and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Oracle. - Basic collaboration with Field Service Engineers (FSE) requests. Acts as intermediary between customer, third‑party vendors and Service Engineers
- Learns to apply company policies and procedures to quote processing, invoicing including coordination of all field service related tasks
- Fosters interpersonal skills to manage and resolve customer complaints
- High School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalent
- Willingness to develop in a multicultural environment
- C1 Level Language Skills (English + Italian)
- Order administration role, preferably in a fast‑changing service environment
- Working with CRM System - Salesforce and Oracle
