A leading global coatings provider is seeking a sales professional to drive growth strategies in the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will develop sales plans, coordinate customer projects, and analyze market trends. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, several years of B2B sales experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in English. The role demands initiative and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

Develop and implement sales growth strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region.
Provide comprehensive sales support and professional advice to existing customers.
Coordinate and support key customer projects in alignment with company strategy and direction.
Analyse and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and requirements, including support for new product development initiatives.
Create, implement, and maintain effective account management processes and customer-specific action plans.
Support and participate in price negotiations in coordination with the Head of Business.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines, and quality expectations are met.
Support achievement of sales targets, gross margin, and collection objectives as defined in the annual budget.
Ensure product complaints at customer sites are followed up and resolved in accordance with company procedures.
Participate in sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Technical Studies, or related field; alternatively, equivalent qualifications or relevant experience in the industrial coatings sector.
Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs.
Fluent in business communication, with good proficiency in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong sales orientation with good negotiation skills.
High level of self-motivation and initiative.
Goaland results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with staff and management at all levels.
Able to perform well under pressure, manage conflict professionally, and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
Willing and comfortable to travel frequently.
Industry experience is an advantage, particularly product knowledge in coatings for plastic substrates.
