Qualifications
- No prior work experience required, but retail experience & wine knowledge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction-focused.
- Sales-oriented with a team player attitude and enthusiasm for frontline work.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on wine and spirits.
- Exceed sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
- Manage inventory, ensuring well-organized and appealing product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist with sales, marketing, and promotional activities to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain store condition, including stocking, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Train and lead staff in product knowledge, sales, and merchandising standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, handling returns, and conducting stock counts.
- Support store setups, promotions, and operational tasks as assigned.
- Assist in covering outlet locations when needed.
