We area rapidly growing food & beverage distributor and we are looking for a results-driven and passionate HORECA Sales Executives/Senior Executives to drive our presence across Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés in the Klang Valley & Johor Baru areas.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building strong relationships and achieving challenging sales targets in the fast-paced food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Actively hunt for and acquire new HORECA customers (Hotels, Fine Dining, Casual Eateries, Cafés) within the assigned territory.
  • Key Account Management: Service and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistent revenue and deep product penetration.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand client menus and operational needs to propose suitable product solutions and conducting professional product presentation/sampling sessions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, providing valuable feedback to the management team.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate closely with the Logistics/Warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and manage collection of payments.
