Job summary

A leading technology firm in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a qualified individual to manage sales incentive compensation plans. The successful candidate will administer, analyze, and validate sales commissions, ensuring compliance and providing insights on incentive performance. A Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales compensation or financial analysis is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with sales compensation software are required. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in corporate sales operations, finance, or HR compensation roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Calculate and validate sales commissions and bonuses for accuracy.
  • Provide reporting and insights on incentive performance and payout trends.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to optimize compensation models.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support plan design changes and assist in compensation strategy reviews.

Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills
