The ideal candidate will have experience working with Interior Designers, Contractors, and Consultants, and a strong desire to build meaningful client relationships while delivering innovative water solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and secure new clients by innovating and overseeing the entire sales process.

  • Identify, research, and pursue opportunities in both new and existing markets.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

  • Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, events) to generate sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate client activity records in CRM.

  • Develop and present customized proposals and translate them into contracts.
