Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers as directed, present solutions, and conduct prospecting campaigns to achieve sales goals, including upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Support sales campaigns by collaborating with internal teams and analyzing results to optimize strategies.
  • Manage the sales process, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Identify new sales opportunities using tools such as Salesforce and Sales Navigator, ensuring campaign cadence is maintained.
  • Review account and campaign strategies (inbound and outbound) with the sales team.
  • Create and track opportunities in Salesforce following the BANT format, monitoring progression through sales stages.
  • Update execution tools and ensure accurate forecasts in the sales pipeline.
  • Attend training sessions, organize meetings with subject matter experts, and ensure opportunities are qualified before passing them to the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong background in multiple sales motions and/or sales and marketing operations is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT sales.
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level.
  • Japanese proficiency required (non‑native speakers must hold JLPT N2 level or above).
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Outlook, O365, and web‑conferencing platforms.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Skilled in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerApps, and similar platforms.
