A wellness and fitness company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a retail sales professional to promote their massage chairs and fitness products. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of retail sales experience, possess a minimum of an SPM or diploma in a relevant field, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and managing showroom operations. This role offers a competitive remuneration package including a basic salary and sales commission.
Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after‑sales service.
Manage daily showroom operations, including display arrangement, stock checking, and maintaining a clean & presentable showroom environment.
Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.
Remuneration package: Basic salary + Sales commission
