Job description

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Proton vehicles, assisting customers through the buying process, and achieving monthly sales targets. Work is shift-based and requires weekend and public holiday duty according to the showroom roster.

Responsibilities
  • Attend walk-in, WhatsApp, phone, and online sales enquiries
  • Explain Proton models, pricing, promotions, and financing options
  • Arrange and conduct test drives
  • Prepare quotation, booking forms, loan documents, insurance & registration paperwork
  • Assist customers through loan submission and approval
  • Follow up with customers before and after car delivery
  • Participate in showroom duties, roadshows, and sales/marketing activities
  • Maintain customer records and provide excellent service
Salary Options (Choose One)
  • Option 1: Basic Salary + Commission
    • Basic Salary: RM1,700 per month
    • Commission: Based on company sales commission scheme
    • Achieve monthly sales targets set by Management
    • Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS included
    • Suitable for candidates who prefer income stability
  • Option 2: Commission-Only Scheme (Higher Commission Rate)
    • No basic salary
    • Higher commission payout per unit soldSuitable for candidates who prefer maximum earning potential
Duty Schedule
  • Shift-based work according to weekly/monthly roster
  • Required to work weekends and selected public holidays
  • Off-days will be provided according to the shift schedule
