Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar energy solutions
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Prospect and engage with new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solar services and value proposition
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other businesses, government agencies, and industry stakeholders
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to leverage complementary strengths and expand market reach
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product offerings and pricing strategies
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes
Requirements
  • (Minimum) Diploma in any field, preferably Business fields
  • Must be fluent in English, and Malay. Any other languages e.g. Chinese are appreciated
  • Resourceful and detailed oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Networking and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
  • Able to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
