Marketing Manager - Energy and Chemical Sector

Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and execute world‑class marketing activation plans for the APAC region in line with global Product Management strategy.
- Support preparation of the annual marketing plan, ensuring strong lead generation and achievement of volume, turnover, and gross margin targets.
- Localise global brand and product communication materials for APAC channels, ensuring cultural, regulatory, and market relevance.
- Lead and manage the APAC IT and Data Centre event agenda in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Manage product marketing activities, including product localisation, offer development, and new product launches for the thermal management portfolio.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, analysing key trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in the data centre and cooling value chain.
- Identify and support step‑out opportunities involving new business models, value‑added services, and innovation areas beyond core product offerings.
- Build strong internal knowledge sharing frameworks and ensure effective transfer of market insights across the data centre team.
- Collaborate closely with the global Product Management marketing team, Sales, Technical, and Leadership Team to ensure unified execution.
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including partners, customers, vendors, and agencies, to enable strong market execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, product, or offer development within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of shaping value propositions and delivering successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the data centre industry and cooling value chain, with at least 2 years in this sector.
- Experience developing new business opportunities or growth areas in a corporate innovation or start‑up environment.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with customers, industry players, and internal teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions.
