Job summary
A leading equipment rental company in Kuala Selangor is seeking an Accounts Associate to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and preferably two years of relevant experience. Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or SAP is advantageous. This position requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and organizational skills. The company offers bonuses and allowances, with training provided.

Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting an Accounts Associate in No. 10, Jalan Eco Perindustrian 1/5B, Eco Perindustrian 5, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Job Requirement:
Graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Two years of relevant working experience in accounting is preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to handle day-to-day accounting entries, preparing financial documents, maintaining accurate records, assisting with reconciliation tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude, good time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting are essential in this position.
Responsible, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality of financial data. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm(WFH)
