Job Purpose
To manage and control the company’s credit activities by ensuring timely collection, monitoring customer credit limits, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Account Executive (Credit Control) supports the Finance Department by overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and assisting in budgeting, reporting, and audit preparation.

Job Descriptions: Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities / Activities
- To lead and monitor the Accounts and Finance daily activities and ensure all transactions are maintained, updated, and compliant with financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- To maintain the financial accounting system for cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- To ensure all statutory and accounting reports are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- To prepare yearly audit, income tax reports, and financial audit documentation, ensuring all supporting information is complete and ready.
- To manage budget and forecast preparation and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Managing Director.
- To monitor and control customer credit limits, outstanding payments, and collection progress to reduce overdue risk.
- To follow up closely with customers on payments and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- To be responsible for personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety, and 5S implementation.
- To assume corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- To perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or credit control; fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, credit management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective credit follow‑up.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
