Qualifications

  • Handle full set of accounts and cash flow management.
  • Review account receivables and payables.
  • Liaise with suppliers and authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and corporate regulations.
  • Close monthly accounts timely.

Requirements
  • Able to handle full set account (Group of Companies)
  • Graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

  • Knowledge on SQL Accounting will be an advantage
  • Knowledge on SST and basic taxation will be an advantage
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision and able to guide junior
  • Able to commit and complete task before due
  • Self- motivated, responsible, honest, etiquette, punctual, polite (basic courtesy)
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Critical thinking, analytical mind, review and give opinion/suggesting (are preferred)

Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management.
  • To handle and review account receivables and account payables.
  • To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd.
  • To handle audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters by liaising with auditors, tax agents, and secretarial agents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.
  • Review of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
  • Responsible for ensuring KPIs for account payable are met, these include timely processing and payments of invoices.
  • Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI.
