We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team at HCMS Management Sdn Bhd in George Town, Penang. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive bookkeeping and small practice accounting services to our valued clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting are also encouraged to apply.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents as required
• Assisting clients with tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely submission of tax returns
• Providing advice and guidance to clients on financial management and business operations
• Collaborating with the wider accounting team to deliver exceptional client service
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or small practice accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g. SQL)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new accounting systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
