The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Sales and 2–4 years of experience in sales or key account management. Job description

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Generating new account that will turn into long-lasting relationships (with attractive package).

Expand the relationships with existing customers (Confinement centre, offline retail shop)

Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with customers.

To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development.

Negotiation of yearly trading terms/ contracts for the Key Accounts.

Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities.

Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.

Own and drive commercial results for assigned key accounts, with clear accountability on revenue, margins and sell-through.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Gather and feedback market, customer and competitor insights to support product, marketing and operational decisions.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, key account management, distributor handling, or B2B roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
