Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role or within a professional services firm and also experience in managing team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Malaysian citizenship or valid work authorization in Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred to handle China clients.
Responsibility

The role of Accounts Executive is focusing on delivery of Financial Report in an accurate and timely manner so clients able to make the financial decision on timely manner in running their business. The Financial Report is important to provide the business owners with a holistic view of the financial performance of their companies. The job responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned clients, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with tax authorities to resolve any issues or inquiries.
  • Provide payroll processing and administration services, including the calculation of salaries, statutory declarations, and employee claims.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

You are required to work with Managers and Customer Success Team to ensure clients is well served. All your work will be reviewed by Manager and you are required to work closely with Managers and Bookkeepers to ensure all the works are delivered on timely manner with quality.

Your journey will start with Orientation and Training which will be conducted on a monthly basis. Every quarter, we organize a town hall to keep our team updated on the latest development of the Company. The Townhall will serve as a platform for employees to share their ideas and thought as well.
