Job description

What you'll be doing

Accounts Payable Invoices coding and matching.

Update daily bank book & check the bank balance.

Prepare payment, checking payment voucher and issue cheque for payment.

Monthly Cashflow budget, processing of all weekly payment.

Reconciliation of weekly/ monthly account payable, account receivable, and bank balances.

To undertake other ad-hoc duties related to accounting as assigned by management from time to time.

Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.

Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents and filing in systematic and timely manner.

Handling e-Invoice Submission.

What we're looking for

Candidate must be possessing at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting and reporting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel, Word).

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
