As a Senior Retail Associate/Retail Associate, responsible for creating and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. Represents the brand in a positive and professional manner to encourage recurring business. Assists customers in making informed choices by providing accurate product information and personalized service. Fosters a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and team performance.

• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Maintain brand image and standards.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Manage inventory and stock integrity.
• Support reporting and documentation accuracy.
• Develop product knowledge and skills.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with customers.
• Well‑groomed and professional, representing the brand image at all times.
• Sales‑driven with the ability to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Required to work on retail shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays (shift hours: 6am – 3pm, 10am – 7pm & 3pm – 12am).
• Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
