The Retail Executive is responsible for taking the lead in managing the assigned retail stores and ensuring the Retail Crews are professionally administer the retail stores' functions including maintaining retail displays, following cash handling processes, generating sales, and delivering service recovery while ensuring the delivery of friendly service excellence at all times.The Retail Executive will be called upon to support the Retail Crew in the management of challenging Guests and empowered to make decisions to immediately assist the delivery of service recovery. The Retail Executive is also required to liaise with other stakeholders e.g., procurement, warehouse, and third-party business partners.
