Brand Manager – KOMO Wellness
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who is passionate about beauty, scalp care, and wellness retail marketing. This role combines brand strategy, retail marketing execution, influencer collaborations, and content direction. You’ll lead marketing initiatives that connect consumers to KOMO Wellness’s scalp care philosophy — building awareness, engagement, and loyalty across both retail and digital touchpoints.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute brand and marketing plans to strengthen KOMO Wellness Scalp Care’s presence across retail and online channels.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new service or product launches, including pricing, promotions, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate closely with HQ, operations, regulatory, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth execution from concept to launch.
- Manage marketing budgets and synchronize goals with social media, KOL, media buying, PR, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Supervise and participate in consumer surveys, market trend studies, and product sampling tests to gather insights for new product development.
- Facilitate new product listing requests and ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Monitor weekly sales and stock turnover data, manage stock allocation across channels, and initiate stock transfers when needed.
- Oversee regulatory approval processes (e.g., NPRA, MUI, BPOM) and ensure product master list accuracy.
Retail & Digital Marketing
- Oversee retail marketing activities including in-store branding, promotional campaigns, POSM materials, and product education.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu tailored for scalp and wellness audiences.
- Strategically plan and manage social media calendars, aligning with brand priorities, retail promotions, and seasonal trends, oversee content creation, including video shoots, editing, scheduling, and analytics.
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies, applying insights to improve engagement and performance.
- Foster community growth by engaging actively with customers and followers through timely responses and personalized interactions.
Influencer & Campaign Management
- Lead KOL/KOC marketing initiatives – sourcing, briefing, and managing partnerships to drive awareness and traffic to scalp care centers.
- Collaborate with influencers, wellness creators, and local communities to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
- Guide and approve creative content, product copywriting, visuals, and in-store promotional materials to ensure alignment with brand identity.
Insights & Performance Review
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and scalp care innovations, identifying opportunities for product or service differentiation.
- Conduct sales and campaign analysis, tracking ROI across retail and digital marketing channels.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights for optimization.
- Evaluate social media presence, ad spend, and customer feedback to improve communication and marketing outcomes.
- Lead post-launch reviews to summarize learnings and recommend improvement actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in retail or beauty marketing, preferably in scalp care, hair, or wellness industries.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu) and content strategy.
- Proven ability in GTM planning, campaign analysis, and creative execution.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with cross-functional coordination experience.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional and HQ teams).
