The Master Trainer is responsible for creating, delivering, and amplifying compelling product stories across the retail landscape. This role focuses on designing rich training content, developing social media–ready materials, enhancing channel readiness, and driving retail partners’ capability through structured training programs and readiness events. The Master Trainer will work closely with internal marketing teams, retail partners, and regional stakeholders to enable stronger product advocacy and improved customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Development & Delivery
- Create and deliver Retail Pro Training, OEM/Distributor Training, and various product learning sessions across the region.
- Create high-quality training content, including rich media and social-media-ready materials that resonate with retail audiences.
- Conduct readiness sessions to strengthen product knowledge and boost sales confidence among frontline staff.
- Channel Engagement & Performance Improvement
- Drive channel subscriber growth through engaging and effective training initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance performance of short-form videos, focusing on average views, engagement rate, and overall content effectiveness.
- Support readiness events and compile post-event insights to inform future strategies.
- Product Advocacy & Insights
- Amplify product stories across both retail and digital channels.
- Collect and analyze product feedback and operational insights to support PR&I strategy, content development, and partner engagement.
- Ensure all training content aligns with regional marketing direction and product priorities.
- Accreditation & Certification Management
- Oversee EZ accreditation processes and certification completions across markets.
- Track and report readiness metrics, accreditation performance, and store-level compliance.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with PR&I Leads, Channel Marketing Managers, Retail Partners, and local market teams on training and readiness plans.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen market activation and channel capability.
- Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of Retail Pro Training sessions delivered.
- Number of Distributor/OEM Training sessions conducted.
- Session attendance rate and overall engagement performance.
- Short Form Video Performance – Average Views & Engagement Rate.
- Percentage of fully accredited RP store.
- Total Number of Accreditation Completions.
- Readiness event execution and quality of product insights gathered.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in product training, retail training, content development, or partner enablement.
- Language Skill: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Strong content creation capability, including training decks, rich media, and storytelling materials.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for both physical and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, channel behavior, and partner enablement dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and derive practical insights.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple markets with cultural diversity.
