Retail Supervisor

As Supervisor, you’re the bridge between leadership and the floor team — guiding staff, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

To lead and focus on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas:

• Maximize the sales return per square foot;
• Increase average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit.
• Efficiency in the full preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities;
• Seasonal change in accordance with the seasonal guide provided, and merchandise display presents the season highlight with a high standard of display to promote a better shopping experience and increase sales.
• Analyzed sales figure and seek ways to increase sales by looking into areas of strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on‑floor observation.
• Use stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and provide solutions to ensure logistic movements of stocks, including consolidation, is carried out in the most efficient manner (i.e., WH to store, fitting room stock turnaround time and receiving stocks turnaround time are optimum).
• Fully implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit as a guide to better manage the commercial aspect of the store business.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve the daily target set.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Experienced in retail sports for at least 3‑4 years is compulsory.
• At least 3 years of direct working experience in managing retail stores.
• Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays.
