Job description

Execute retail trade selling activities to drive product sales.

Negotiate and organize roadshows and promotional events with buyers to maximize product visibility and sales.

Manage weekend sampling activities to increase brand awareness and engage with potential customers.

Oversee and manage merchandise placement at retail outlets, ensuring products are properly displayed.

Ensure stock management follows FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines to reduce waste and optimize inventory.

Handle aging collections to ensure timely payments and effective debt management.

Ensure that goods return (both good and bad) are processed and returned within 72 hours.

Reporting & Administrative Tasks:

Handle and submit monthly sales reports, tracking progress against sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and manage reports on promoter and merchandiser activities to ensure optimal performance.

Utilize the AX system to track inventory, sales, and other necessary data.

New Outlet Development:

Assist in opening new retail outlets and expanding brand presence in the market.

Customer Interaction & Product Presentation:

Present and promote company products and services to both current and potential customers.

Ensure strong communication and relationship management with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Drive sales results independently while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and sales targets.

Requirement
  • SPM, Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B or FMCG sales preferred (Fresh grads are welcome with the right attitude!)

  • Able to work independently and handle sales targets
  • Ability to drive sales and independently manage retail activities and promotions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to generate and manage reports.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
