Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead multi-store retail operations across the Klang Valley, ensuring consistent execution and performance across all assigned stores.
  • Drive sales performance, productivity, and operational excellence based on store volume and business priorities.
  • Act as a strong people leader, coaching, developing, and managing Store Managers and senior store leaders.
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively present solutions to improve store performance, customer experience, and team effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Head of Retail and senior stakeholders to align on expectations, restructuring plans, and store coverage.
  • Manage flagship and high-volume stores where required, with hands-on involvement and regular in-store presence.
  • Support internal talent development and succession planning, including moving and developing team members across stores.
  • Ensure agility and speed in execution within a fast-paced retail environment, adapting quickly to changes and priorities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of retail experience, with proven exposure to multi-store management.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire senior Store Managers.
  • Solid retail fundamentals and commercial acumen, with experience managing stores, people, and performance.
  • Highly solutions-oriented problem solver who can identify issues and act decisively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; backgrounds in fast fashion, mass retail, FMCG, or similar preferred.
  • Hands-on leader willing to be present in stores, roll up sleeves, and lead by example.
