Responsibility
Trade Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and sales targets,
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and design retail-specific promotional activities,
- Plan and implement online campaign pages, website banners, and digital assets to mirror retail promotions,
- Monitor the implementation of in-store campaigns, product launches, and brand activations,
- Evaluate campaign performance and optimize future trade activities based on sales and engagement metrics.
Retail & Digital Channel Strategy
- Work with retail partners to plan and execute joint in-store marketing initiatives,
- Coordinate with the digital team to ensure website promotional campaigns are launched on time and match in-store activities,
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including physical displays, POS materials, website layouts, and digital visuals,
- Customize promotional strategies based on channel type (retail, online, B2B) to target relevant customer segments.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Act as the liaison between marketing, digital, and sales teams, ensuring unified campaign rollouts,
- Provide sales teams with promotional toolkits, product launch guides, and campaign briefs,
- Coordinate with web design/content teams to update online campaign landing pages in sync with retail plans,
- Support field teams and retail outlets with training and guidance on current campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather and analyze market data, competitor promotions, and consumer insights to guide trade strategies,
- Monitor sell-out performance and digital engagement metrics to measure campaign ROI,
- Prepare monthly trade marketing reports for internal stakeholders, including insights across both physical and online performance,
- Recommend adjustments based on real-time campaign performance or stock movement trends.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring effective spend across retail and online promotions,
- Track and report budget allocation vs. ROI, optimizing future resource planning,
- Liaise with finance and retail partners to reconcile trade program claims or cost-sharing agreements.
