About the Role

As a Senior Retail Associate/Retail Associate, responsible for creating and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. Represents the brand in a positive and professional manner to encourage recurring business. Assists customers in making informed choices by providing accurate product information and personalized service. Fosters a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and team performance.

• Support reporting and documentation accuracy.

• Well‑groomed and professional, representing the brand image at all times.

• Required to work on retail shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays (shift hours: 6am – 3pm, 10am – 7pm & 3pm – 12am).
